Phones that are NOT compatible with the wavtel network are:
- Phones that rely on CDMA or TDMA technology (e.g. Verizon and Sprint phones from before 2012 that are not "world phones")
- Phones that are locked to a certain carrier
- Phones without a SIM card slot
On the other hand, phones that ARE compatible with the wavtel network are:
- Phones that rely on GSM, UMTS, or HSPA+ technology (older T-Mobile and AT&T phones)
- Phones with SIM restrictions lifted/removed
- Phones that accept SIM cards for cellular communication

When you switch, you will get to keep your phone number and everything you had set up before switching over.
